Swim Parent Academy was created by Coach Rich Rogers — a 40+ year elite swim coach and program architect who has guided swimmers and families through every stage of long-term athlete development, from early age-group years to national-level competition.

Beyond the deck, Rich has also lived the parent experience firsthand — including supporting a child in a sport he didn’t grow up in or fully understand. That combination of professional perspective and personal experience shapes everything inside Swim Parent Academy.
